"To be honest, I misread when I signed up and was expecting to have some phsychotherapy elements in this. It is purely CBT based, which is effective and good, particularly because the therapists ask for clarity and are a bit more personable that your average NHS CBT therapist (in my experience). However, I am stretching my finances to be able to afford this, even by applying for reduced rate (which I AM grateful for!). I would recommend, but not for everyone, nor for all pockets."
